Communication between a brand and their suppliers is the key to unlocking faster turnaround and reduced costs. BrandQ, a new Idealliance program teaches you how to optimize communication between the brand and supply chain. BrandQ Experts are individuals who are qualified to train and implement the BrandQ program at brand and supplier facilities. The BrandQ training for experts focuses on what experts need to teach, program requirements, and conducting BrandQ audits. Unlike the BrandQ user training which is hands on and focuses on basics of measurement, assessment and communication the BrandQ Expert training focuses on program requirements, and the knowledge needed to implement the program as a certified BrandQ Expert. Upon completion of the program, BrandQ Experts will take an on-line test and receive a packet of materials to assess and report on during a live remote session. Upon completion of the test Experts will be listed on the Idealliance BrandQ website as a certified Idealliance BrandQ Expert.
Prerequisites
BrandQ applicants need to have a though knowledge of color measurement, quality control, and color management. G7 Experts will be given priority and reduced pricing. Applications need to be comfortable with the topics below.

Ron Ellis is a consultant specializing in brand quality, color management, automation and workflow integration. Chair of the GRACoL Committee, and an Idealliance G7 Expert, G7 Process Control Expert, G7 Expert Trainer, Ron is one of five trainers used by Idealliance to train and certify G7 Expert consultants. He has performed hundreds of G7 training and calibrations and has conducted training and consulting for a wide range of customers in Europe, Asia, and North America, Well versed in ISO standards, he is certified as a PSA consultant as well as an FTA Flexo Level 2 Implementation Specialist, and was the primary developer of IDEAlliance’s G7 Process Control program. Ron specializes in creating and implementing working spaces for brands and agencies that allow them to work more efficiently with vendors, saving both time and money.
