The Idealliance Experience is the association’s annual conference. With the combining of Idealliance and Epicomm, our member companies now span the entire media supply chain. A common thread that binds each of our members is a need to continually transform their business operations while innovating production workflows, capitalizing on our industry’s latest business and technical best practices and trends. The Experience Annual Conference is designed to ensure your operation has the necessary technologies, workflows, and human resources to meet your company’s unique business objectives.

  • Engage both technical and business leaders in this fact-gathering and sharing process is the primary value to participating in Experience.

Conference sessions and panels address topics identified as important by members and focus on how to implement solutions, not just why to do so. In addition, leading companies display their newest products and services in the Vendor Showcase, and attendees have ample time for networking with their peers and socializing. In addition, a full guest program offers interesting experiences to help spouses and guests enjoy everything the conference location has to offer.

Call For Speakers

Idealliance calls upon print and digital media supply chain professionals and experts in their field to share their knowledge and business expertise by presenting a brief example of a business or technical challenge–and the outcome of your company’s actions. In appreciation of those case studies accepted for use, we will provide one night accommodation at the Westin La Paloma Hotel and complimentary conference registration.

We are seeking BRIEF submissions of a technology OR business case addressing the following elements:
