Learn Keys to Implementing a Multi-Channel Direct Mail Campaign in IDEAlliance 3-Part Online Training

[Alexandria, Virginia - January 28, 2014]  Marketers, content creators, and direct mail service providers will learn best practices for implementing an integrated direct mail marketing campaign using multiple media channels in a three-part IDEAlliance virtual training series: Direct Mail & Integrated Media: Best Practices for Implementation starting February 27, 2014.

Each of the 90-minute sessions will explore topics from the points of view of marketing and workflow optimization. Attendees will identify an optimization strategy and process to achieve objectives of both direct marketers and service providers.

In Part I, on Thursday, February 27, 2014, attendees will learn how to combine direct mail with mobile marketing, including QR codes, e-mail, social media and website e-commerce, to engage customers with a relevant message. This session will also discuss the solutions and technology that allow marketers of every size to develop highly focused, segmented and integrated direct mail marketing campaigns.

Part II, scheduled for Thursday, March 6, 2014, will focus on collaboration in the planning and execution of an integrated campaign. Leading direct mail workflow experts will identify the roles, personnel, and workflows required to accomplish the campaign objectives. Attendees will learn how to track and measure results and determine which media is appropriate for particular audience and marketing goals.

Part III, on Thursday, March 27, 2014, will discuss how to segment, track, and report upon the wealth of available customer information and campaign metrics to make real-time strategy changes based upon the dynamics of the marketplace.

Conducting the sessions will be Jennifer Abernethy, premier social media stylist; Thomas Foti, manager, direct mail and periodicals, United States Postal Service; Mike Gustin, director of interactive print at Quad Graphics; Kate O’Neill, CEO and founder of [meta]marketer; and Janice Reese, chief engagement officer and founder of Network PDF Cloud Solutions Inc.
