IPA is hosting the 2009 IPA Proofing and JDF RoundUP Results webinar on Aug 19. Registration includes access to archived video and complete written results report. IPA Sponsors Industry Related Scholarships
In just a few weeks, students will be returning to school and many high school seniors will begin to explore scholarship possibilities. This is a good time to remind your employees that IPA—through the IPA/Robert S. Swan Scholarship fund—sponsors several graphic arts scholarships each year. Employees of IPA member companies and their family members are given preference for these scholarships. Students already enrolled in college are also eligible. Application forms can be downloaded at www.pgsf.org. The IPA scholarship fund is administered through the Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation.
Scholarship Recipient Expresses Gratitude
IPA recently received a thank-you letter from one of our scholarship winners, who shared her experiences as a summer intern at a package and label company—working in every area from design and prepress to press. The student, having received an IPA Scholarship for the third straight year, is a junior majoring in graphic arts technology management.
