Leaders’ EBITDA More Than Double Average
The 2007 IPA Economic Study is set to be released soon. Results show that responding companies experienced sales growth in 2006 of only 1.3 percent, resulting in a slight decline in profitability. The most profitable companies continue to outperform the others, reporting EBITDA as a percent of sales of 39.0 percent—up from 37.6 percent in 2005 and 31.5 percent in 2004. The report is free to participating companies, $200 for members and $400 for non-members. Purchase the full report
IPA Case Study on "Thinking Green"
The first in IPA’s new case study program focuses on LAgraphico, Burbank, California, and how they have developed an environmentally friendly business—from premedia to printing. They have an online workflow to allow for a paperless workflow, a mobile soft proofing workstation to reduce the number of proofs output, more energy efficient LCD screens, and Intel-based Macs to reduce the number of workstations required.
IPA case studies are a new member benefit and available to members only. Participation is open to both members and non-members. More
